Our goal was to create a platform that not only informed but also inspired and engaged potential clients.

Education and information are crucial for those considering or undergoing bariatric procedures. The Video Library serves as a centralized hub, offering users a curated collection of informative videos. The integration of the Video Library with other features ensures that users receive a holistic learning and engagement experience.
Action Items
Guiding patients on their bariatric journey requires a structured, personalized approach. The Action Items feature is designed to provide users with clear, actionable steps, ensuring they remain informed, prepared, and engaged throughout their journey. An added level of sophistication is introduced with Infusionsoft tag integration. This dynamic control mechanism ensures that video content from the library is served to users based on specific criteria, enhancing personalization and relevance. Whether it's preparing for a procedure, understanding post-surgery care, or embarking on dietary changes, users receive the right content at the right time.

Though FAQs are common, the commitment to creating a user-centric experience was evident in the custom-built design. The section serves as a reliable first stop for users seeking quick answers and ensures that they feel supported throughout their journey with Blossom Bariatrics.

The journey doesn’t end after surgery; in fact, it’s just the beginning. Blossom Bariatrics understands the importance of post-operative care and follow-up. PB Digital developed an innovative Post-op Check-in feature, allowing patients to seamlessly report on their weight loss journey.
Integrated with Infusionsoft, the system intelligently sends out emails and text messages based on specific tags, prompting patients for timely check-ins. As users report their progress, not only do they witness their transformation visually through charts and feedback, but they also receive celebratory acknowledgments.
This real-time, interactive feedback loop ensures patients stay engaged and motivated, turning the weight loss journey into a collective celebration of milestones achieved.
